Lookout provides safe environments while offering transitional resources to those in need. This is a great moment and opportunity for you to enable this great group to help even more people who are vulnerable and in need of help.
Currently, Lookout operates shelters, transitional, independent and permanent supportive housing, drop-in resource centres, outreach, and health services from 32 sites in 14 municipalities.
The effectiveness and capacity of Lookout's programs continues to broaden as they expand and diversify their health services, mental health housing options, peer programs and employment opportunities, shelters, resource centres and residences.
Impact in 2016/2017
Shelters - Serving 241,815 meals in their Shelters. Providing 117,432 bed nights in shelters & had a 1.6% vacancy rate. Helping 2,797 shelter guests develop case plans
Residents - Having 824 residential units occupied. Helping 805 tenants of their housing programs develop case plans
Outreach - Helping 1711 individuals through Outreach. Housing 357 individuals through outreach. Making 9,706 referrals related to case planning through outreach. Helping people access funding 662 times through outreach.

The Discount Details $1,000
The intent of this discount is for the benefit of Sellers of Greater Vancouver with a listing contract
The discount certificate entitles the bearer $1,000 rebate on agreed upon full listing commission for sale of Residential Property within the Vancouver Real Estate Board.
Transferable - this rebate is transferable as agreed upon by Shaun T. Carson and bearer of the gift certificate.
Limitation - Only 1 discount certificate is to be used per listing contract in the REBGV or REBFV.
Expiration - This certificate is intended for use before the 1-year anniversary of the purchase date. An extension can be available via agreement between Shaun T. Carson and bearer of this certificate.
