THE PROCESS

  1. Schedule as an inspection for all tenants/units.
    a. MMM operator will need 8 mins for a walk through video and room pictures per unit. Approx: 8-15 pictures, 3 min video for 2br condos.
  2. Within 3 business days ALL virtually staged image assets are complete. Link to Shared Folder for initial review of work done and approval.
  3. Invoice & Payment.
  4. Delivery of LINK to Shared Folder with ALL assets available for download. Image assets kept on MMM server storage for 1-year.

PRICING

MMM is pleased to offer its clients a 53% discount from market measuring pricing. Standard industry pricing is ~$.095 per SF. MMM pricing is offered at $.045 per SF. We also bundle virtual staging with our measurement service. Below is an example price schedule for measurement and virtual staging. Reach out for your custom quote.
